The video of an Assam doctor, who dances wearing PPE kit in front of Covid-19 patients at a hospital, has impressed Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan.
In the video, which has gone viral on social media, ENT surgeon Dr Arup Senapati from Silchar Medical College is seen dancing to the song “Ghungroo” from the film ‘War’.
Sharing the video on Twitter, Hrithik said, “Tell Dr Arup I’m gonna learn his steps and dance as good as him someday in Assam. Terrific spirit.”

Dr Senapti, who is on Covid-19 duty at Silchar Medical College, surprised his patients by performing for them.
The performance took place in the recovery room at the Silchar Medical College & Hospital, in the presence of a few patients and a team of doctors.
The video was first shared by his friend Dr Syed Faizan Ahmad on Twitter.
“Meet my #COVID duty colleague Dr Arup Senapati an ENT surgeon at Silchar medical college Assam. Dancing in front of COVID patients to make them feel happy,” Ahmad twitted.
The video has won the hearts of netizens and has garnered over 342.6k views on Twitter.
Dr Senapati has been an avid dancer, right from his college days at the Gauhati Medical College, taking part in several competitions and even winning a few.
