The lead actor of Assamese movie ‘Aamis’ Arghadeep Baruah got featured in a Google advertisement.
Arghadeep was a part of Google’s discover feature advertisement where he played the character of a guy ‘Prema’ who loves chicken.
Arghadeep did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Khanapara in Guwahati and later studied Mass Communication at Assam University.

Arghadeep played the male lead in the much-acclaimed Assamese thriller film ‘Aamis’ which is written and directed by Bhaskar Hazarika.
The film is a dark love story set in modern Guwahati.
The story revolves around the relationship between a married paediatrician, Nirmali and a young PhD student, Suman.
‘Aamis‘ is a bold, brilliant and beautiful picture where both beauty and brutality is uncompromised.

After a chance encounter, the widely separate worlds of both Sumon and Nirmali come together.
Bonding over a shared interest and likeness for food and flesh, Nirmali reveals to a much younger Sumon that when with him, she feels like eating only meat.
As the distance between Sumon and Nirmali gradually comes from sitting facing each other to beside each other, the urge to define their unlikely relation leads them towards a dark path of unimaginable consequences.
Arghadeep played the role of Suman in the film.
