The Police and GRPF have lodged a case against the three accused.

Police sources said that an oil racket involved in the illegal selling of diesel meant to be delivered to the railways is operating in the Dibrugarh district.

Although the capacity of each tanker is 12000 litres, it was found to be short by a huge quantity of diesel while checking.

As per information, five tankers were supposed to reach the station in Banipur on Wednesday.

However,  two of the tankers are to arrive at the station.
