A total of four earthquakes jolted Arunachal Pradesh, Assam in the Northeast and bordering China within 15 hours.
The latest earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale happened at 4.24 am on Saturday.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the epicenter of the earthquake was in East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.

While the earthquake had latitude of 7.7 degree N and longitude of 92.7 degree E, it had a depth of 10 Km.
However, there has been nor report of any casualty or injuries.
Earlier, an earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale occurred at 3:21 pm on Friday.
The epicenter of this earthquake was in Kurung Kumey district of Arunachal Pradesh.
While the earthquake had latitude of 27.9 degree N, the longitude was 93.3 degree E and it had a depth of 95 Km.
The second earthquake on Friday occurred at 3.04 pm.
The epicenter was in East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.
While its latitude was 27.4 degree N, its longitude was 92.9 degree E and it had a depth of 10 Km.
The first earthquake occurred on Friday at 2.52 pm.
The epicenter was in East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.
While the latitude was 27.7 degree N, its longitude was 92.8 degree E and it had a depth of 10 Km.
According to reports, apart from Arunachal Pradesh, the tremors were also felt in neighbouring Assam and the border areas of China.
