Summer dance workshop kicks off

In a bid to guide and enlighten the budding talents and inculcate the art of dance in them, the winner and runners up of  popular dance reality show, Super Dancer Chapter 2, Bishal Sharma and Kunal  Jyoti Rabha attended the inaugural session of a month long summer dance workshop organized by D-Dance Academy in Don Bosco HS school.

The resource persons were elated to witness the large number of participants. They mostly concentrated on the dance form called Bollywood free-style.

Many noted citizens of Tangla including Ashim Roy were present on the unveiling of the workshop along with Fr. Ranjit Xalxo. Bishal Sharma shared many valuable inputs on mastering the art and craft of dance.

The anecdotes of his life and career left the ecstatic crowd inspired.”The main motive of this summer dance workshop is enhance different dance forms among children as well as the face and body expressions.” said the chief instructor of the academy, Biki Donal Nandi.

“The children enjoy dancing and they are always keen to learn something new. The dance form to perform on a movie song is something really exciting for them. The students enjoyed the workshop to the fullest and discovered the magnificence and innocence of different dance style in the workshop.” he added.
