A statue of Lord Buddha measuring 180 feet is under construction at the Dhamma Hill, Lathao Circle in Namsai District of Arunachal Pradesh.
Once it is completed it will add attraction to Namsai-Tengapani-Parashuram Kund-Tezu-Bhismaknagar-Roing-Mayudia Tourist Circuit of Arunachal Pradesh.
Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein with a team of officials visited the site of the statue to inspect the ongoing construction work.
