Rajiv Gandhi University Arunachal Pradesh is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or jobs of Project Associate against a DST sponsored project titled “DST-Centre for Learning Science & Technology” under DST-Technology Enabling Centre in university system scheme at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology. Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) (formerly Arunachal University) is the oldest university in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is located at Rono Hills in Doimukh town, about 28km from the state capital, Itanagar. The then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi laid The foundation stone for the university in 1984. The university became Rajiv Gandhi University in 2005 when UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi was on a visit to the state. Rajiv Gandhi University is a Central University under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India since 9 April 2007. It is an accredited university under the University Grants Commission.

Essential Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized university.

B.Tech./B.E. from a recognized university with significant working experience.

Desirable : M.Tech / M.Sc. (CS)/MCA/B.Tech. with MBA along with NET/GATE

Upper age limit: 35 Years

Job Roles :

A project associate is required to assist project activities, R&D, Industry-institute visits, Newsletter, reports documentation and other project related works.
