The Indian Army will conduct the first ever recruitment rally exclusively for women for enrolment into Soldier (General Duty) category as ‘Women Military Police’ for the northeastern region in Shillong.
The recruitment will be held in July, and the Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Shillong (North East) has been nominated to conduct the rally for the North Eastern Region and Kolkata Zone.
Online registration and application is compulsory, without which, desirous candidates will not be able to participate in the rally.
Online registration has already commenced and will close on June 8.
Women candidates are to generate their admit card after June 8 and bring the printout of the admit card for participating in the rally.
