The Indian Army is conducting recruitment rally from December 3 to 8 next at Masimpur in Cachar district of Assam.
For the recruitment rally, online applications for recruitment to Other Ranks are being invited from from candidates belonging to four districts of south Assam – Cachar, Hailakandi, Karimganj and Dima Hasao.
The last date of filing application is November 17. Candidates will be allowed to attend recruitment rally only when they have registered and filled up online application.
The vacancies are for soldier general duty (10th and 12th standard), soldier technical (12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English), soldier nursing assistant (12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English), soldier clerk/store keeper technical (12th standard with English & Maths/Book Keeping/Accounts as compulsory subject either in 10th or 12th), soldier tradesmen (8th & 10th standard simple pass).
Candidates who have registered earlier in the previous rally can directly login and apply afresh at the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
For selection criteria, candidates are instructed to click on the link ‘Notifications’, after opening website and for applying click on ‘JCO/OR Apply/Login’ and follow instructions therein.
