Mumbai: BMW Motorrad has introduced its electric scooter, the CE 04, in the Indian market.
Priced at Rs 14.90 lakh (ex-showroom), it’s the most expensive scooter and electric two-wheeler in the country.
The CE 04 boasts a range of 130 km on a single charge, thanks to its 8.5 kWh battery.
It offers two charging options: a standard 2.3 kW charger and a faster 6.9 kW option.
The scooter can accelerate from 0 to 50 kmph in 2.6 seconds and has a top speed of 120 kmph.
Equipped with a 10.25-inch TFT display, LED lights, and multiple riding modes, the CE 04 is positioned as a premium electric scooter.
Deliveries for the scooter are expected to commence in September.
