North East Gas Distribution Company Limited (NEGDCL) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Marketing Professionals on contractual basis. NEGDCL is a Joint Venture company of Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL), a wholly owned entity by the Government of Assam and Oil India Limited (OIL), a ‘Maharatna’ PSU, with shareholding proportion of 51% and 49%, by AGCL and OIL respectively. NEGDCL came into being on 21st July 2023.It is the authorized City Gas Distribution company pursuant to 11th round of bidding by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB).

Qualification : BE/MBA (Marketing). Experience in city gas distribution business and CNG sales.
Skills :
- Basic Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry.
- Good communication skills, presentation skills and relationship buildin
- Flair for marketing, willing to travel, good written and oral communication skills.
- Hands on experience with vendor registrations, enquiry generation.
- IT skills like website portal handling, MS Excel, ERP, etc.
- Commercial and legal, contract process drafting and negotiation skills.

- Marketing of natural gas to domestic, industrial and commercial consumers.
