Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of JRF (GATE) in the SERB sponsored project entitled “Security-by-Design in IoT: Securing IoT Protocols against Cyber Attacks in Industrial IoT
Applications” in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati commenced in 1995. At present the Institute has altogether eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools covering all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati’s campus is altogether on a sprawling 285 hectares plot of land on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra around 20 kms from the heart of the city. IIT Guwahati is also the only academic institution in India that occupied a place among the top 100 world universities. It has also been has been ranked as the top-ranked University in 2019. It has also retained the 7th position among the best engineering institutions of the country

Qualification : BE/B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech/ MS(R) or MSc in (CS/IT/ DA/EC or Equivalent).
Candidate must have cleared GATE/NET(JRF) at least once
Selection Procedure :
An online interview will be held on 17th April 2024 from 3 PM onwards through MS Teams.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for online interview through e-mail.
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview.
Candidates will not be sent any call letter separately by post.
