Qualification & Experience :
Master’s in field of life sciences/Nanotechnology/Rural Technology.
Candidates who have experience in working with Incubators & Entrepreneurs will be highly preferred.
The candidate should have experience in supervising the scientific activities like organizing workshops, training programs & scientific writing.
Desirable :
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of independence, capable of making autonomous decisions, managing troubleshooting tasks efficiently and driving scientific initiatives forward.
- The candidate should have experience in working with high-end laboratory equipment such as RT-PCR machines, PCB prototyping equipment, 3D printers & Auto CAD.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and optimizing instrument performance are key requirements for this position.
Salary : Rs. 40,000/- per month

Job Roles :
CSO will be managing experimental lab related functions.
The CSO will troubleshoot problems related to methods and instruments used in the facility and assist in organizing and designing training courses to address technical challenges.
He/she will arrange and manage various events such as workshops, training programs, and hackathons to foster collaboration and innovation within the bio incubator community.
He/She will design and implement strategies and programs to mentor and accelerate resident incubatee companies.
The CSO will create SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in technical services offered to entrepreneurs.
Creativity is a crucial attribute for this role, as the CSO will be expected to devise innovative solutions to complex scientific challenges.
The ability to think outside the box and propose novel approaches will be instrumental in advancing our research and development efforts.
