The 129 BN CRPF Bhotgaon Kokrajhar organized a free medical camp for the villagers on Saturday at Kuarpara Jhalabila in Kokrajhar district under civic action programme for the year 2018-19.

CRPF unit medical officer Dr. Vijay Abhikya (MO) and Dr. G.Ramamurthy (MO) of 48 BN along with two doctors from Rupnath Brahma Civil Hospital attended the patients and as part of the camp, distributed free medicines.

More than 763 villagers were benefitted by the service. During his speech E. Ramesh Commandant 129 BN of CRPF said that the force not only works for the peace and harmony at their deployed areas, but also strives to address the basic needs of the general public. He asserted that there are several other initiatives and programmes in the coming months for the villagers.

A few months back CRPF distributed study materials to school students in various schools like note books, pencil, sharpeners, No dust regular, geometry box, valley balls, volley ball nets, Badminton nets, Badminton racok, shuttle cock, cricket ball stumper, chess board, cricket tennis bat, carom board etc.

Also present during the programme were Tanveer Jamal , deputy commandment, Rishikesh Meena assantant comdt.Jiten Phukan officer incharge  of  Bogribari police station , village headman/ Gaonbura Fatik Chand Barman and Lokman Ali of village defense Party.
