The Sikkim state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alleged that educated youths of Sikkim have been deprived from getting the suitable job of their qualification in various private industrial units in the State.

While criticizing the State Government for the same, the party has threatened to stage an agitation programme if these industrial units will not rectify their policies and work in the interest of local people.

A BJP press release informed that these units have been polluting the environment of the State and even not providing the suitable job to local youths as per their qualification despite of having all required degrees and diplomas by hiding behind the State Government.

The release added that the party has been getting the complaints of injustice to local youths in these units.

The release alleged that after taking big amounts from these units in the name of the party fund the ruling government has been ignoring the issues and problems facing by local youths.

The release informed the party has also received a complaint that even after completing all criteria the Central Referral Hospital management has withheld the promotions of local employees in the hospital since many years by making different excuses.

The party has threatened to launch strong protest if the management would not work in the interest of local employees.
