Assam Skill University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Senior Procurement and Contract Management Specialist, Procurement Executive, Senior Skill Manager, Communication Executive. The contract will be initially for a period of Eleven Months (11 months) with a provision of further extension of Eleven Months (11 months) up to the end of the project subject to satisfactory performance.
Name of post : Senior Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

Qualification :
- Graduate degree in Engineering.
- Candidates having ‘Professional Diploma in Public Procurement’ (PDPP), Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) / Certificate in Contract Management Program (CPCM) will be preferred.
Experience :
Candidates must be having minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of professional experience in the field of public procurement and contract management and related activities in any State Government /Central Government /Semi-Government Bodies /PSUs/ large private organization.

Name of post : Procurement Executive

Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate from any Govt. recognized University in any subject
Experience :
At least 5 years of experience in public procurement related functions, with minimum 3 (three) years as procurement executive in Asian Development Bank/World Bank/ JICA/ any Externally aided projects.
Name of post : Senior Skill Manager
No. of posts : 1
Qualification : Graduate degree in Engineering
Experience : Candidates must be having minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of professional industrial
experience with experience of industrial training for 5 Years
Name of post : Communication Executive
No. of posts : 1
Qualification : Graduate/ PG Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Media
Experience : Experience of 3 (Three) or more years of experience in graphic design/content writing,
communication / public relations & events/ journalism or related areas is desirable
