Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in any subject.
Desirable Qualification : M.Phil/ PhD/ UGC Net Exam
Essential Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with atleast 2 year experience (Academic and/or practice) with a think tank, academic institution, consultancy or advisory body.
- Prior experience of curriculum design, programme management is desirable.
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation and should be well conversant with MS Office applications.

Essential Qualification & Experience :
A University Degree in Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in communication, journalism, print media, research documentation and report writing.
- Technical Competencies –
a) Excellent in written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
b) Familiarity with local media, and established network of concepts with local journalists.
c) Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form
d) Competent in the use of computer and internet information software, use of desktop publishing software and/or other softwares
