The NEF Law College in Guwahati came in the 10th position in a survey by the Competition Success Review & GHRC Law School Survey 2018 published recently.
NEF Law College got the rank as the ‘Law School of Excellence’ of the country.
The CSR-GHRC Law School Survey has also ranked the college as the Top Law School of Assam. The ranking of the Law schools was made on the basis of the following factors – physical and academic infrastructure, faculty, publication, research, consultancy, corporate development/training & other programmes, admission, curricular and delivery system, placement, USP, social responsibility, networking & industry interface.
NEF Law College affiliated to Gauhati University is the only Law College of northeast selected for this recognition.
NEF Law College was established in 2006 is conducting a five year integrated law courses in three streams besides three year LL.B. and LL.M. courses.
The College has constantly produced University topers since its establishment.
