The Inspector of Schools of Dibrugarh has issued a show-cause notice to the Headmistress of Public High School, Dibrugarh for alleged negligence in duty.

As alleged in the show-cause, issued by Dipika Choudhury, Inspector of Schools, Dibrugarh, the headmistress of Public High School, Dibrugarh has totally failed in all her administrative duties to maintain any form of discipline and order, specially among the teachers which shows her weakness and uselessness as the head of the institute.

It has been alleged that the headmistress has failed to maintain the Mid-Day-Meal scheme properly in the school violating the government order which shows her clear defiance and disobedience towards authority and public service.

Being the titular head of the institution, the headmistress herself has violated every government rule for which she has not only set an example of negligence and disrespect towards the government service but also encouraged the staff to follow her example as alleged in the show-cause.

“Your written reply on the above matter must reach the office of the undersigned within 24 hours, failing which stricter disciplinary action will be initiated against you without any further notice,” said the show-cause notice issued to the headmistress on December 16, 2021.
