A devastating fire broke out at Rangia town in Assam’s Kamrup-Rural district late on Thursday night.
Properties worth crores of rupees were damaged in the devastating fire.
However, no casualty or injury to anyone was reported in the inferno in Rangia, Assam.
The fire broke out near the Mrityunjay Shiv Temple in Rangia town.
The inferno that broke out during the Diwali celebrations gutted several houses and business establishments.

As many as eight fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the devastating fire.
After much struggle the fire was doused by the personnel of the fire department.
Meanwhile, the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
