The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has declared the Class 12 (HS) final exam 2021 results.

The council declared the results at 9 am on Saturday.

In arts stream, a total of 1, 91,855 candidates registered for the exams, of which 58,244 candidates have secured first division marks.

A total of 89,520 candidates have secured second division marks and 42,029 candidates have secured third division marks.

Altogether 1, 89,793 candidates cleared the exams and the pass percentage is   98.93%.

There are a total of 38, 430 candidates from the Science stream, out of which 38,068 passed the exams.

A total of 32,917 passed in the first division, 4609 secured second division and 542 cleared the exam in the third division.  The pass percentage is 99.06%.

In the Commerce stream, out of 18,433 candidates, 18,364 passed the exams.

Out of the total number of candidates, 11189 candidates have secured first division marks.

A total of 5497 candidates have secured second division marks and 1678 students have secured third division marks.

The pass percentage is 99.57% this year.

The exams were cancelled by the Assam government due to a rise in COVID19 cases across the country. Later the Board released the evaluation criteria on the basis of which the result is prepared.
