The Electrical Engineering Department of Girijananda Institute of Management & Technology (GIMT), Guwahati is all set to organise a webinar on career prospects in electrical engineering.
The webinar will be held on August 1, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm.
The webinar is meant for polytechnic students.
The organisers have informed that experts will interact with the polytechnic students, who will participate in the webinar, and make them aware about the career prospects in the field of electrical engineering after completion of the diploma course.
It is expected that the webinar will help the polytechnic in setting their career goals.
The webinar will discuss why higher education, particularly pursuing B.Tech after doing diploma in electrical engineering, has utmost importance at present scenario for getting a job, what are the other scopes and what are the job opportunities in core as well as allied sectors after the diploma.
How the opportunities get multiplied after doing B.Tech, what are the research scopes and what are the entrepreneurship scopes – all such things will be discussed during the event, the organisers of the webinar said.
