Tengam Celine Koyu has bagged the Miss Arunachal tile at the XIIIth Kingfisher Miss Arunachal Pageant, 2021.

While Riyya Riba was adjudged the first runner-up, the second runner-up position went to Hibu Abyang.

The grand finale of the XIIIth Kingfisher Miss Arunachal Pageant was held at Pasighat on Saturday evening.

Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu attended the grand finale event.

Congratulating the winners of the beauty pageant, Khandu said that Arunachali youths are extremely talented and can contribute to the welfare of society.

The winner of the XIIIth Kingfisher Miss Arunachal Pageant will represent the state at the Miss Femina Miss India to be held later this year.
