Faridabad Police have arrested a gangster, who had reportedly carried out a recce of the house of Bollywood’s ‘dabaang’ Salman Khan.
The gangster identified as Rahul alias Sanga alias Baba has been arrested from Uttarakhand on August 15 and was brought to Faridabad for investigation.
Rahul was wanted in the murder of one Pravin, a resident of Faridabad in June this year. Police also nabbed four others for helping the gangster in the murder.
Police officials told Northeast Now that Rahul is from Bhiwani district in Haryana, and is now based in Hisar.
Rahul is wanted in several criminal cases, and had done the recce of the house of actor Salman Khan in January this year on directions of one Lawrence Bishnoi.
Police officials claimed Rahul has confessed that Lawrence Bishnoi, also a dreaded gangster, had awarded ‘supari’ to him to eliminate Salman Khan.
As Lawrence Bishnoi, who is presently lodged in jail, wanted to eliminate Khan for the acquittal in the case of killing a blackbuck in 1998 in Rajasthan.
Rahul has reportedly confessed that Lawrence Bishnoi had sent another gangster last year to kill Salman Khan. But, he could not succeed.
Apparently, Lawrence Bishnoi has nothing personally against Salman Khan. Since the Bishnoi community in Rajasthan adores blackbuck, Lawrence was not happy with the Bollywood star’s acquittal in the blackbuck case.
The entire Bishnoi community is apparently angry with Salman Khan for killing a blackbuck, which they adore.
