Curfew has been relaxed all over Meghalaya capital Shillong on Wednesday.
However, curfew still remained in force at Police Bazaar areas and Anjalee Cinema areas bordering Iew Mawlong.
The curfew has been relaxed from 12 noon till 4 pm on Wednesday.
However, night curfew will continue till further notice.

Meamwhile, 110 Rapid Action Force (RAF) personnel arrived in Shillong on Wednesday to assist the district administration and state police force in maintaining law and order.
According to a special bulletin issued by the assistant inspector general of police (administration), no untoward incident has been reported from anywhere in the city since Tuesday.

The bulletin further stated that the situation in the State is normal.
However, law enforcing authorities are keeping a close watch on the present scenario.
