One person tested positive in Delhi while the other tested positive in Telangana.
The Delhite had returned from Italy and is being diagnosed at RML hospital and the guy from Hyderabad has a travel history to Dubai.
China on Monday reported 42 more deaths and the total number of deaths across the world reached 3,000.
The total number of confirmed novel coronavirus cases across the world is 80,000.
The fresh deaths reported from China occurred in the Hubei province of China- the epicentre of the virus.
In another development, South Korea on Monday reported 476 new coronavirus cases, taking its tally to 4,212.
