Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has released the recruitment notification for more than 8000 posts of assistants.
The filling of online applications commenced from September 17, 2019 and will continue till October 1, 2019.
One can go to the website of LIC for filling up the online applications.
The application fees for SC /ST/ PwBD candidates are Rs 85 and for all other candidates it is Rs 510.
To apply for the posts, one should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university or institution.
The applicants must be between 18-30 years of age as on September 1, 2019.
Selection of candidates will be done through three phases- online preliminary examination, online main examination and pre-recruitment medical examination.
Candidates qualifying the three rounds will be finally selected for the posts of assistants in any of the branches of LIC in India.
The online preliminary examination will be held on October 21, 2019 and October 22,2019.
Call letter for the online preliminary examination can be downloaded from the website of LIC from October 15, 2019 onwards.
The dates for the further round of examinations will be declared later by LIC.
Recruitment of assistants will be done to fill up various divisional offices of lic under central, eastern, east-central, northern, northern central, southern, south central, and western zones.
